Last month, University of New Hampshire police were made aware of a reported male "peeper" in Devine Hall.This slimy guy is 5'9" to 6' tall and was wearing a black Northface style jacket with blue jeans and black Timberland style boots.
"It's kind of creepy," said one of the residents.
