I want An Apartment Pony Too!

Hey, I know Vermont isn't New Hampshire, but it's close, right?

Reportedly Patty Cooper of Montpelier VT wants to keep a miniature horse in her apartment. She says it will pull her wheelchair. When her landlord refused her request, she filed a lawsuit.

I'm just waiting for an Animal Rights group to get involved, and then it really will become a three-ring circus, or at least a dog-and-pony show.
